Melodrama and Fashion from "The Hills" to "The City"

As much as it pains me to admit, I am already hopelessly addicted to MTV's The Hills spin-off The City starring Whitney Port.
Whitney started off as Lauren Conrad's co-worker/gal pal on “The Hills”. She caught my eyes with her fashion-forward ensembles, long blond hair, and even longer legs. Back in these days, Whitney was most definitely my girl and I always thought she was leagues ahead of Lauren in terms of style.

Viewers can tune into “The City” for some New York City fashion and socialite action. Best of all it is Brody and Spencer FREE. (Don't even get me started on "Bromance"!)
It isn't that I didn't enjoy the sunny California scenery on “The Hills”, it's that I can live without the Heidi-Spencer drama. In fact, I don't think anyone wants to see that two-headed monster ever again.

Kim Goodman AKA Blackspanese is one multi-talented, albeit busy woman. Kim is already an established Pro in the Makeup and Fashion world, but she’s got other things on her plate. Blackspanese (coined from her Jamaican/Chinese/Puerto Rican heritage) is a talented musician with an album set to be released in 2009.

Kim actually got her start in the beauty biz by perfecting her friend’s eyebrows, of all things. In high-school she was the go to gal for the perfect tweeze. After graduating from The Marvel School of Makeup Art, Kim’s career took off. She’s worked with Canadian Director Bruce Macdonald, Recording Artist Kardinal Offishall, Project Runway Canada contestant Kendra Francis, and mega cosmetic lines such as MAC and L’Oreal .

Phillip Clarke was introduced to fashion designing at age fifteen by his mother Enid Lawrence, a seamstress. Soon after Phillip began designing custom men's wear, profiling his collection at hotels in his native Jamaica.

At the time Phillip Clarke was still a high school student yet his collection displayed maturity in design and craftsmanship generally established by veterans in the business. His designs are known to be clean cut embellished by the finest fabrics.
