Word on the street is that Rodarte's shows are becoming the one that is a sure-fire treat for all. The sister duo produced more of their destructo/modern day fairy tale for Fall 2009.
The Mulleavy's create "emotional clothing"(says fan and friend Kirsten Dunst), and I somehow know what she means. KiD BRO and I love a good outsider success story, and thats what Rodarte is. I still remember seeing their stuff trotted out on the runway for the first time and thinking to myself.. thats why I love fashion. These freakishly talented sisters somehow remind me of not only why I love fashion, but film, music, and art. They've got it all going on and I don't see that stopping anytime soon.
